Maurice
The room was marvellous with a great view. The bathroom had smart Japanese bidets that should be standard worldwide. The location was amazing, and the check-in process was swift. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed strolling through the occasional Farmer's Market in the building. People who like karaoke and casinos will find facilities and activities to suit their interests.
Felt like VIPs, with nothing being too much trouble.

This hotel is in a convenient location, just a short walk away from the beautiful Waikiki beach. You'll also be pleased to find that you're just steps away from the main shopping street. Plus, if you stay in the Diamond Head tower, you'll have a great view of the beach. The rooms are spacious with large beds, and the bright colored in-room decoration adds a nice touch. The staff provide excellent service, and the housekeeping is top-notch. Don't forget to try their tasty breakfast and take advantage of the amenities like the free beach chairs.
The hotel is currently undergoing some renovation work, which may cause some noise and inconvenience during your stay.

Great location, very central and close to the beach. Amazing views from our private balcony. Friendly staff, from reception to housekeeping. Lovely atmosphere, with even a lady playing her ukulele at the lifts. Good buffet selection at Shor restaurant for a reasonable price. Fast and reliable wifi.
Some noise from street performers and other hotels nearby, even on the 11th floor. Request for a room away from the street or on a higher floor if you're a light sleeper.

I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Waikiki Beach for my honeymoon. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always checking in to see if I needed anything or directions. The front reception, especially Ms. Grace from Ecuador, was polite and cooperative. The location of the hotel was perfect, with amazing views of the ocean from the upper floor room. I even got to see the Hawaiian Village fireworks show from my room. Additionally, there was a convenient local market on Monday evenings for last-minute gifts. the hotel staff's attitude and the stunning ocean views made my stay memorable.
