Amazing hotel with amazing amenities like free wi-fi, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. I'll never forget how the staff helped me with currency exchange on my first visit. I can't wait to come back for Christmas.

Couple getaway, avoid for peace

The location of this place is pretty nice, a block from the beach which gave us that quick access to the sun and surf. One surprise was seeing a giant gingerbread castle in the lobby - just like something out of a holiday special. Really made it feel festive and unique.

Wasn't exactly cheap, but I guess it was still acceptable.

Convenient access to the beach made our stay enjoyable. The elevators were slow, causing frustration at times. Loved the water sport facilities on site.

I had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Regency in Honolulu. The ocean view from my room captivated me every morning. The location couldn't be better, with easy access to the beach. The elevators were slow, which slightly affected my experience. Highly recommend!

Excellent location and friendly staff

I had a wonderful stay for 5 nights by the beach. The location is perfect for first-time visitors to Honolulu, with easy access to shopping and dining. The staff were incredibly friendly and made the experience even better, although the building could use some updates to match its prime location.

The room was spacious and super comfortable. The bed and pillows were amazing for a good night's sleep. Plus, we had a city view that was nice enough to enjoy. The bathrooms were well-appointed, which was a plus. Just a few pieces of furniture felt a bit outdated, but it didn't ruin the experience.

We had a fantastic stay with great access to Waikiki Beach, unique activities like beach chair rentals, and a mini fridge in our room. The kids loved the local tours offered at the hotel!

The room on the 37th floor offered stunning views of Diamond Head and the ocean, showcasing the natural beauty of the surroundings. The staff demonstrated impressive service, especially during a stormy night when they helped ensure guests felt safe and attended to. However, parking was frustrating with limited self-park availability and unreliable access at times. I never managed to reserve one of the advertised beach chairs due to their early disappearance.

We had an amazing stay! The room was spacious and well-kept, with a balcony offering beautiful views. Plus, the complimentary beach towels and chairs made our beach visits so much easier!

Recommend for a short stayover

Amazing location, fantastic amenities, with a comfortable room that had a beautiful ocean view and a great breakfast option just a short walk away from the beach.

Had an awesome time with friends! We loved the great location, just a block from the beach. Enjoyed creative cocktails while watching the Aloha Waikiki hula show. Highly recommend checking out the sunrise yoga class by the pool, and don’t miss the fun arts & crafts sessions. Perfect spot to unwind!

The only downside was that the elevators were a bit slow at times, but the staff was quick to respond and help with any issues we had.
